Slow Movement, Breathwork and Sound Bath

Begin your day with gentle movement, guided breathwork and an immersive sound bath. Inspired by the collective spirit of Live Aid, this restorative session brings people together to reconnect with ourselves and with one another.

 

Please bring your own mat. Chairs will be available for those who prefer or require them.
