Sellotape is the Devil: Caring for your Personal Collection Workshop (5/30/2011)
During May, as part of the Bealtaine Festival, we held a special workshop on how to care for your personal collection. The workshop was delivered by Louise O’Connor from our Conservation Department who is an expert in the conservation and preservation of paper items.

National Library of Ireland Participates in Outdoor Music Trail (5/27/2011)
The outdoor music trail, designed by sound artist Sven Anderson, consists of five physical locations with motion-sensored listening devices in place along the literary parade in St Patrick's Park, and six extended locations at which listening takes place through your Smart Phone using the very latest in location-based technology for mobile phones.
