National Photographic Archive
The National Library's Photographic Archive is located in Meeting House Square in Temple Bar, a short walk from the Library’s other buildings on Kildare Street. It houses a regular programme of exhibitions based on the Library’s photographic collections, and a reading room.
The current exhibition is a retrospective of the photographic work of American-born Helen Hooker O'Malley (1905-1993). A Modern Eye: Helen Hooker O'Malley's Ireland is free to visit and is open every day – Monday-Saturday 10:00-16:45; Sunday/public holidays 12:00-16:45.
