New UCD Course on James Joyce at the NLI in May
In May, a course on James Joyce, titled Joyce in the National Library will run for four weeks. Looking at Dubliners, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man and extracts from Ulysses, this course will explore the key concerns in Joyce's work and the writer's revolutionary approach to language. Classes will also focus on Joyce's biography and how his family life provided material for some of the most important texts in literary history.
The course will take place over 4 Tuesdays, May 6, 13, 20, 27 from 10am - 12.30pm.
