Join us for a lecture by Professor Christopher Ridgway on the subject ‘Representing the Historic House in the 21st century: New Perspectives in England, Ireland and Scotland’. Professor Ridgway is curator of Castle Howard and Adjunct Professor at the History Department at NUI Maynooth. This is the final lecture in the series of events associated with our photographic exhibition Power and Privilege: Photographs of the Big House in Ireland, 1858-1922.
