Join Darina Allen, owner of Ballymaloe Cookery School; teacher; food writer; newspaper columnist; cookbook author and television presenter, as she discusses food and the new edition of her book Irish Traditional Cooking.


This lecture is part of a lecture series ‘The Kitchen Archive’ that focuses on how recipes and culinary skills have been communicated through the centuries in Ireland.
