Join Darina Allen, owner of Ballymaloe Cookery School; teacher; food writer; newspaper columnist; cookbook author and television presenter, as she discusses food and the new edition of her book Irish Traditional Cooking.

This lecture is part of a lecture series ‘The Kitchen Archive’ that focuses on how recipes and culinary skills have been communicated through the centuries in Ireland.

All welcome. No booking required. However seats will be allocated on a first-come first served basis. Doors open at 6.30pm
