Daughter of Irish poet Cecil Day-Lewis, Tamasin Day-Lewis has worked as a documentary film-maker for 15 years, directing and producing over two dozen films for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. She has written a dozen cookery books, appeared in two television series and gives masterclasses and talks all over the world.
