Want to prepare for Bloomsday 2012? This one-day immersion course in the library where Joyce loved to learn will introduce you to the man and his work. The course will be delivered by Dr Gerard Dineen.
About Dr Gerard Dineen
Dr Gerard Dineen has taught many courses on Anglo-Irish literature in the National Library of Ireland, including four one-day immersion courses on the poetry of W.B. Yeats. He has also taught at Trinity College Dublin; University College Dublin; Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and the Institute of Public Administration.
In July 2011 he addressed the William Trevor/Elizabeth Bowen Summer School in Mitchelstown and last October he presented a lecture on the drama of W.B. Yeats at Fingal's Writers' Festival.
