Hi Joe. The panels have moved on. The contact in UCD is Clara Cullen, I think. If I see her in the Reading Room, I'll get contact details for you...

Many thanks for my copy of NLI newsletter.Really enjoyed the extracts, especially local referenes from Pharmaceutical journals.Nobel Dynamite as an actual description now seems so bizarre!
Re panels located some time ago just off the main hall, describing the various eras of the old UCD building,Upr Merrion St.has this moved on? if so I wonder if it is still possible to access the contents and if so where and how?
Many thanks and every good wish to all your team for 2012

Glad you enjoyed the article. While this particular title wasn’t there then, there were probably some similar items. What is fascinating now to us for its quaintness would have been the norm I suppose in Joyce’s time and not too far removed in O’Briens.

Inez,
A fascinating article indeed. What a pity these volumes were not in the Library when James Joyce, and later,Flann O'Brien were reading there?
